My Fitness and Nutrition Goals
In the past, I used to frequent the gym and engage in regular exercise. However, lately, my workout routine has become less frequent, with just one muscle group targeted weekly. I have set new fitness goals to work on two muscle groups during each gym session and focus on weight loss.
I have adopted a ketogenic diet to achieve these goals, although I must admit that I am still working on fully adhering to it. By limiting my carbohydrate intake, my body will tap into fat stores and convert them into energy.
