In analyzing this scenario, several communication theories are applicable. One such theory is the organizational value system, which emphasizes the ethical aspects of communication within the organization.
We have learned that these values are based on our communication competencies, including knowledge, sensitivity, skills, and values shaped by our communication experiences (Shockley, 2015). Additionally, understanding and describing conflict processes are crucial in this scenario.
By considering these communication theories, I aim to delve into the situation’s complexities, assess the ethical implications, and propose effective communication strategies to address the challenges arising from employee reassignment and potential wage changes.
