An organization becomes an organization because of the people involved in the process. A lot of hard work and planning leads to taking any organization to reach its desired heights. Nurses and other health care professionals are the main assets of the organization so taking care of them will bring them a lot of positive outcomes. There are many issues faced by both the organization and its workforce. The problems include the fight over power which most commonly happens in hospitals where Doctors try to maintain their authority whereas what needs to be done is to allow a healthy relationship between both parties. When conflicts keep happening between the Nurses, the departments, and other health care professionals they do have an impact on the overall productivity and performance of the hospital leading to lacking the treatment done to patients too. Not entertaining the opinions of the other professionals and ultimately making it a more suffocated place to work in.

Strategies for managing Human and Financial resources
Being aware of the fact that the Human Resources involved in managing the workload is a key factor in making any organization stand out in terms of position and reputation in the Health Care Industry. It is observed in many cases that the majority of the time a suggestion given by Human Resources has often led to an improved system in the workplace as they are often dealing on humanitarian grounds. This means the workforce directly dealing with people has a broader idea about the fact that is happening whereas the team members and other departments are often loaded with the department work that some things are missed by them.
The HRM is divided into two categories soft HRM and Hard HRM. Soft HRM is employee-focused where importance is given to them, their opinions count, they focus more on ways of motivation among the workers and also try to make sure they communicate well among the individuals. Whereas Hard HRM is organization focused which means everything is related to what the organization feels is right for their convenience. No way is considered perfect when things come down to handling the human resources to promote organizational health but if the aim is to just think about the organization only then Hard HRM tends to give more benefits. But it can be clearly stated that until and unless the workforce is not comfortable with their working conditions organization can never achieve a healthier work environment.

Financial resource management also falls into two categories managing the public funds and the Hospital funds. The public funds are usually the grants provided by the NGOs and the government for the maintenance of the Hospital and some ease for the patients who are unable to pay for their health concerns. They can also be represented as insurance and financial aid for the people. Here the role of stakeholders is to understand the cases completely. It is advised to hire an experienced team so that they do help the deserving individuals for their treatment not only the people coming in through references. Understanding the system and its requirements is important in decision-making.
Hospital financial management is also a matter of concern as managing the salaries, workforce incentives, supply chain management, etc. All these factors and more fall into this category where importance has to be given to what they have been planning to achieve the goal these concerning factors are really important. For example, a rightly allocated budget will play a big part in maintaining the health of the organization. The management of the resources needs to be done with the help of the following steps. The financial resources require careful planning, and understanding of the whole system, and the requirements of the organization should be clear. The aim should be to look out for earning more and managing the generated income well so that it can be distributed efficiently. Allowing ways through which the staff should be encouraged to share their concerns with the team and the allocation of budgets should be effective with the required changes. Reviewing the whole managed plan is foremost.
Evidence-Based Interdisciplinary Team and Plan Outcomes for the Goal
The healthcare industry is quite vast. The stakeholders and the nursing communities are involved in making the workforce integrated. The interdisciplinary team means that everyone working in the team and having a professional role in the health care office needs to join their hands and come on the same page. This is very important because it is only this way that the problems associated with the working community can be resolved. The interdisciplinary team working together will lead to making the process easier for the hospitals as it provides a competitive edge. The professionals can gain a lot more perspective by gaining knowledge from their fellow team members. The WHO explains the importance of an Interdisciplinary plan by putting utmost importance on this area.
The interdisciplinary team helps in many ways they even provide guidelines like how just increasing beds will provide the workers some ease, and ways through which perspective can be gained on how increasing the medical staff can bring a lot to the organization. Nurses and other individuals face a high workload that often leads to high stress and mental illness among them. To avoid such issues introducing healthy workers will be a great initiative making sure to allow the health care professionals to be at ease and work with high motivation. As they will be aware of the fact that the organization values their nurse staff, operators and doctors more and for that, they are also going an extra mile. Affective-based swift trust can be described as compassionate trust, which includes the ability to share emotions or engage in interactions that are not exclusively task-oriented (Liu, 2020).
Interdisciplinary plan
Healthcare experts from many fields collaborate through interdisciplinary teaching (IDT), which can improve the standard of patient care (Birk, 2017). The main goal of the Health care industry is to make sure the patients are satisfied and they leave in a good health. For this, it is very important to understand how an interdisciplinary plan can work towards creating unity among the people and when an organization has a united workforce no power can stop them from getting successful and becoming famous. The interdisciplinary plan focuses on gaining knowledge and they usually have a problem-solving approach the main aims are to get rid of any problem coming their way through understanding, team working, feedback, reviewing, and a good communication channel. The aims are to integrate several other disciplinary approaches into the existing system. As mentioned earlier allowing the opinions of every individual count, encouraging their views, and making sure all aspects of the system are taken into consideration.

The objective of this system is to keep a unified system where the judgments and beliefs of every individual are counted. The knowledge is shared so that all team members learn from each other. It is important to gain awareness from experienced individuals, from different parts of the World.
The working frame followed is usually based on the gained insights. After connecting with people, the identified matters of concern are presented and worked upon. Having a basic idea about how to make a system healthier and ways to make an environment where all the nurses and the health care professionals are comfortable. As problems keep on increasing and relying only on one discipline approach will take the organization nowhere. All the working individuals should be considered on an equal status so that healthy competition runs in the workplace they do not feel insecure about their positions and also move an extra mile to help their fellow workers.
Interdisciplinary Plan Implementation
The implementation strategies for resource planning are quite extensive. The Plan-Do-Study-Act cycle needs to be used while the implementation of the interdisciplinary plans as well as the resource management. This method is not most commonly used in the health care industry but using it for a strategic purpose will not harm the system in any way. This strategy way follows the plan, do, check, and then Act. The cycle explains first identifying the problem area and what are the sides which are lacking. After the identification stage, the process falls into the category of moving to the planning stage and the interdisciplinary plan comes in this approach. The teams join together and discuss what concerns they face, what improvements they believe need to be brought into the game how to manage the tasks well and how to reduce the workload in case of emergency and disturbance among the nurses and other professionals. After understanding the team requirements and gaining feedback the planning stage comes where all factors are taken into the account and plans are made accordingly. Do stage is about the implementation of the plan designed this is more of a testing stage where the plan is tested whether it can be of any use or not. The checking stage means how well the brought improvements are working. The results are studied this is a reviewing stage where the improvements are monitored, and the required adjustments are brought to the plan and which is moved further to the Act stage. The action stage is usually the final one where all the factors are taken into account and through this implementation takes place.
Conclusion
As diseases are increasing due to world conditions, climate change, overpopulation, and pollution the system to make improvements in Hospitals should also improve. Modern problems require modern solutions. Technological advancements should be brought into the system so that patients are treated with the latest advancements and the workload from the nursing staff reduces. A shift from human to machinery will also be cost-effective for the hospitals as instead of hiring more and more camera installation and beeping machinery should be installed to keep an eye on the patients. These will act as one-time investments and will also be cost-effective in long term.
Having a proper communication channel and allowing every working individual to give their feedback. According to the surveys, the organizations that gain success are only the ones that practice and Value change. The interdisciplinary approaches of a well-managed resource planner, and hiring a skilled chief financial officer that manages the financial resource planning well will bring the desired outcomes. Valuing the working staff and making sure their way of performing tasks might be different but as long as the results are coming there is no need to bother them.
