This assessment will propose a capital budget to renovate and remodel the hospital to enhance the aesthetics and ambiance of the current setting. The aesthetics and surroundings significantly play a key role in improving the comfort level and performance of the employees. The adoption and implementation of innovative technologies always play a key role in the healthcare setting, and thus the hospital decided to bring an innovative change in the work environment by improving the aesthetics in the hospital setting.
