Nurs FPX 6108 Assessment 6 Recording Practicum Hours involved 50 hours across interviews, theory comparison, stakeholder analysis, and curriculum evaluation. These tasks enhanced nurse educator skills in teaching, collaboration, and curriculum development.
Recording Practicum Hours
50 practicum hours were strategically dedicated to 4 mid-instructional level sports for enabling nurse educator skill practice, with each mission aimed at enhancing educational design, curriculum development, and stakeholder collaboration. 12.5 hours were invested in A2 on interviewing academic colleges for gaining an edge on a general appreciation of tutorial approaches, college expectations, and successful training methods. These interviews provide some insight into how nurse educators shape student reading impacts and decide on curriculum structure. In A3, 12.5 hours of every second were devoted to building a comparative tool for four theories of education, i.e., humanism, constructivism, behaviorism, and cognitivism. This instrument was formerly developed to inform curriculum planning and provision of education by specifying schooling models with novice initiates’ mind and growth objectives, basing the relevance of principles on practice.
Nurs FPX 6108 Assessment 6 Recording Practicum Hours
To A4, I devoted 12.5 hours developing and analyzing internal and external stakeholders of nursing curriculum planning. They were college, science collaborators, accrediting our agencies, and network administrators. Clarifying their roles further sheds light on their role in curriculum planning and implementation, and provides insight for collaborative preference-making in learning settings. Collectively, 12.5 hours of contribution have been made to A5, which was approximately testing an existing curriculum. This was approximately course content material, subject review, orientation to outcomes, and student tests on application objectives and national standards. Through this exercise, I had a great understanding of curriculum mapping, end results alignment, and the cyclical process of software program improvement. Generally, the practicum assessment provided a great snapshot of the nurse educator’s role for educational excellence and in preparing future nurses for medical completion.
